Jacquie Zindel, BA

As Research Administrator, Jacquie Zindel provides fiscal oversight for project budgets at the Intermountain Injury Control Research Center. A graduate of California State University, Fresno she has over 20 years experience in grant administration with a variety of state and federally funded programs. Prior to joining the Center she worked for a public health department in California’s Central San Joaquin Valley. As the Center grows and develops new projects and expands existing ones Ms. Zindel is responsible for keeping things financially on track and on budget. She administers and reviews each project budget to assure that each maintains fiscal integrity. Working with Principal Investigators and Project Managers she creates periodic financial forecasting and informational reports to assist in resource management. She also works closely with the Office of Sponsored Projects in preparing the required documentation for project start-up.
