Don Vernon, MD

Dr. Vernon is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine as well as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Primary Children’s Medical Center. He is also a co-investigator of the NEDARC grant and provides expertise on emergency medicine, quality improvement in healthcare, data analysis, research, and workshop development. Areas of research include pediatric EMS and trauma system outcomes. Dr. Vernon is the Principal Investigator for the High Risk Identification and the Speed Limit projects.
