Amy Donaldson, MS

Ms. Donaldson has been a statistician with the Intermountain Injury
Control Research Center (IICRC) since 2002. She has been involved in
several collaborative research projects in the areas of self-inflicted
injury, child abuse, patient safety, motor vehicle crashes and emergency
medical care for children. Ms. Donaldson specializes in statistical
analysis with an emphasis on applications in the health field. Areas of
expertise include the planning and evaluation of randomized controlled
trials; generalized linear models and GEE; survival analysis of censored
or truncated data; and data programming. Amy Donaldson received a BS
degree in Statistics from Brigham Young University in 2000. She
subsequently graduated from the University of Michigan's School of Public
Health in 2002 with an MS degree. Throughout her education she was able to
participate in teaching and research responsibilities in the areas of
mathematical statistics and applied analysis. Her research involvement in
this time period provided experience in clinical trials, behavioral
interventions and in measuring quality of life outcomes.
